just a few green tomatoes
Anyone have any clue what i should do with all of these? C seems to enjoy using them as projectiles...

As we speak, I am making Green Tomato Jam. I have never had it before, but I was told it was yummy.
I have made green tomato pickles before, which were pretty good. I like using green tomatoes in stir fry too. Add a nice tartness.
