So you see why i have no tomatoes. I love the way that it's not enough for the squirrels to take them and eat them...they have to mock me as well. Fuckers have an attitude!

OMG that's crazy! Mine haven't tried that yet. Probably just waiting until they get nice and red so they can mock me, too.

Okay. This is probably an old wives tale, but I tried it and it seems to work. I've been told that squirrels go for tomatoes when they're thirsty so when I grow them I keep a water dish nearby. It's significantly decreased runaway tomatoes with one bite out of them.
